Some of the multi screen stands we supply can only handle up to 19" monitors as standard, anything wider than a standard 19" screen will not physically fit on the horizontal crossbar of the stand. To rectify this we always include stand extension plates where required.
If you have purchased one of the monitor arrays listed below you should find included with your stand either 1 or 2 sets of VESA Extension Plates.
These plates are rectangular metal plates and are to replace the standard square plates found on the outer edge ball joint adapters.
To use simply remove the square plate from a ball joint mount using the tool included with the stand, then attach the rectangular plate to the ball joint in its place.
Once you attach to the back of a screen the extension plate gives you enough extra width to successfully mount the wider screens to the stand.
