Find Your Invoice

After placing an order through the website or over the telephone you will receive an order confirmation email, this has details regarding your order including the order number.

If you didn't create a full account and purchased as a new customer then your confirmation email will also include a long order code.

Once we have your order ready to ship you will receive another email with delivery details on and a tracking code, immediately following this email you should receive a further one with your invoice attached as a PDF file.

If you do not receive this email or have lost your invoice please follow these steps to retrieve a copy:

Route 1 - You created a full account and have a password

  • Visit our ecommerce account page and login
  • Select the 'View Previous Orders' link
  • Locate the order from the list then select the 'Invoice' link from the right
  • Print off a copy

Route 2 - You purchased on a guest account and have an order code from your confirmation email

If you can't access a copy invoice from either of the above 2 methods then please log a support ticket and we will retrieve your invoice and email it through to you.
